Comments:
An unannounced non-mandated inspection within the first 2 months of operating was completed today. A total of 4 children (11pts) with the Provider was present. The children were completing lunch today at the beginning of the inspection. Provider was assisting the children with finishing lunch and transitioning to hand washing. The children became engaged with toys on the floor before nap time. A review of the Inspection Report from the Initial inspection was made and all corrective actions were verified. The home was neat and maintained. Some equipment was rearranged to assure adequate supervision is maintained. This inspection occurred between 12pm and 1:30pm. Thank you for your cooperation today. Please email me at: lisa.hudson@doe.virginia.gov with any questions.
