An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 11/13/2023. At the time of entrance, 2 children household children and 2 enrolled children were in care with the provider. The record sample size consisted of 2 children's records and the provider's record and the household member's record. The children in care were observed engaging with the provider, participating in educational activities and free play. There have been no injuries since the last inspection and no medications are being administered at this time. Areas of noncompliance are noted in the violation narrative and were discussed with the provider during the exit meeting at the conclusion of the inspection.

Standard #: 22.1-289.035-A Description: Based on record review and interview it was determined the provider did not ensure that the household member had a repeat central registry search every five years.
Evidence:
1. The record for the household member did not contain documentation of a repeat check of the central registry. The documentation available was dated 4/25/18.
2. Provider confirmed they did not have updated documentation available during this inspection.Plan of Correction: Provider will contact Office of Background information for further information.
