An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on November 13, 2023, from 12:30pm to 1:37pm with the provider and assistant. There were 12 children, ages 11 months, 22 months, 2, 2, 2, 3, 3, 3, 4, 4, 4, and 4-years-old, in care with two residential children for a total of 29 points. The children were observed during nap time. Five children?s records were reviewed and in compliance. The provider?s record and one household member?s record were reviewed and in compliance. The provider and assistant have current certification in CPR and First Aid and Medication Administration Training (MAT) certification. One medication was reviewed. The emergency practice drill log was reviewed and in compliance. The first aid kit, flashlight, and battery-operated radio were observed.
