Any household member who turns 18 years of age has 30 days to obtain fingerprint results, TB documentation and complete a Sworn Disclosure Statement. Information on background checks can be found on the VA DOE Licensing website.

An unannounced monitoring visit was conducted today. The 4 children currently enrolled attend before and after school. Dedicated space in the basement is setup with a kitchen space, play space and restroom for children in care. Emergency preparation is current for drills, written plan and trainings. No medication is reported to be on-site. The new household pet is current for rabies. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued. Feel free to contact me if you need any assistance.
