An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted today. There were 4 children (8 points) directly supervised by one caregiver(s) The home, one caregiver record, 4 child's records, 2 household member's records, evacuation drills, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. There were no medications on site today. Children were observed playing freely inside the play room. There was an abundant supply of books, toys, and materials for the children.
