A monitoring inspection was conducted on 11/28/23 9:40 am to 10:25 am. There were 2 children (7 points) in care of 1 caregiver. The children were observed playing with toys, getting diapered and drinking milk. 1 caregiver's record, 1 household member's record and 2 children's records were reviewed. There were no medications on site. Attendance and emergency drill records were reviewed.

Standard #: 22.1-289.035-A Description: Based on records review and staff interview, the family day home did not obtain results of a repeat fingerprint based criminal record check (CRC)for all caregivers, every five years.
Evidence: Caregiver # 1's most recent CRC was completed on 7/5/18. The CRC was not repeated in five years.Plan of Correction: The appointment will be made for fingerprinting.
