Comments:

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today. There were 6 children present (18 points) with 2 caregivers. Children were observed playing with blocks, singing and dancing. 6 child, 2 caregiver and one household member records were reviewed. See Violation Notice for non-compliances cited today. Bathroom and diapering supplies, fridge/freezer temperatures, first aid supplies, emergency supplies, emergency evacuation drills and the new crib manufacture date are all in compliance. Description:	Based on a review of records, one caregiver record did not contain documentation of a repeated background search within the allowable 5 year time frame. Evidence: Caregiver A's record did not contain a repeat Central Registry search for Virginia within 5 years. The results on file are dated 4/18/18 (expired)
Plan of Correction:	Background search will be submitted as soon as possible.
