An unannounced investigation was conducted 11/29/2023 in response to a complaint regarding the operation of the family day home. During the investigation staff were interviewed, the files of children and staff were reviewed and additional documents were reviewed. The preponderance of evidence does not support the allegations. This complaint has been determined to be not valid. The exit interview was conducted with the provider.
