An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 11/29/23 from 12:00pm to 2:25pm with the provider who was present with one assistant. There were 11 children in care, ranging in age from five-months to four-years-old, for a total of 30 points. Children were observed eating lunch, cleaning up, having diapers changed, and napping. Lunch served was chicken and rice with beans, bananas, fresh oranges, and milk. Four child records and the provider?s updated CPR certificate were reviewed. The provider has current certification in CPR and First Aid. The emergency drill log, attendance, and menu were also reviewed.
