Comments:
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted November 15,2023 approximately 9:45 am to 11:00 am. There were 3 children for a total of 9 points directly supervised by 1 staff. The home, 2 staff records, 1 child's record, evacuation drills, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. There were no medications on site today. Children were observed playing freely and bottle fed. Diapering procedures were also observed. There was an assortment of age appropriate materials for children.
