A monitoring inspection was conducted today between 10:30am and 11:30am. There was 1 child present with 1 caregiver supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. The child was observed playing with blocks. A total of 1 child record, 2 household members records, and 1 caregiver record were reviewed. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
