An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on November 29, 2023, from 4:21pm to 5:24pm with the provider. There were three children, ages 5, 7, and 10 years old, were in the care of one caregiver for a total of 2 points. The children were observed arriving from being picked up from school and getting a snack. Three children?s records were reviewed and in compliance. The provider?s record was reviewed and in compliance. There were no medications on site to be reviewed. The provider has current certification in CPR and First Aid. The first aid kit, flashlight, and battery-operated radio were observed. The most recent emergency escape drill was documented as 11/6/2023.
