An unannounced monitoring inspection was completed from 3:20 until 4:10. There was 1 child and 1 provider present.
The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 1 provider record and 1 child record was reviewed.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violation were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Standard #: 8VAC20-800-830-A Description: Based on record review, the provider failed to have monthly drills documentation.
Evidence:
1. Drills were missing for September and October.Plan of Correction: Drills will be conducted monthly and documented.
Standard #: 8VAC20-800-170-A Description: This is a repeat violation.
The provider failed to get a Tb screening for an adult family member.
Evidence:
1. Household member #1 did not have a TB screening. and his DOB is 2/15/2005.Plan of Correction: The family member will get the TB screening.
Standard #: 8VAC20-800-460-C Description: This is repeat violation.
Based on record review, the provider failed to have a pet vaccinated for rabies.
Evidence:
1. Animal #1 di not have an up to date rabies vaccine. It expired 9/19/23.Plan of Correction: Not available online. Contact Inspector for more information.
