Comments:

An announced Initial inspections were conducted to ensure compliance on November 29, 2023 and December 7, 2023. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, emergency procedures, first aid supplies and required postings. Provider's records were reviewed and found complete. A sample of children's files were reviewed. Overall, a good recordation system is in place. The home was found clean and supplied with ample toys and programming equipment appropriate for young children. Adequate space determined for the requested capacity of five (5) children. No children were present. Information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
