A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 10/19/2023 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. A licensing inspection was also conducted this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. Violations were found during the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection requirements and are identified on the violation notice.

Standard #: 8VAC20-790-180-B Description: Based on observation and record review, the provider did not document the arrival of each child as it occurs.
Evidence:
1. 10 children were observed in care during the inspection. The record of daily attendance indicated only 9 children present.Plan of Correction: Corrected during inspection.
