Comments:
An unannounced renewal study was conducted from 10:25-11:20. Observed five children in care for thirteen points with one caregiver which is within ratios for supervision. Observed three children making a snowman art project with marshmallows. pretzels and raisins, one toddler eating a snack and the infant in care sleeping upstairs in a crib. Reviewed household members background checks and health records, provider training, two children's records and emergency preparation. No medication is on-site. Pets are up to date on rabies vaccine. Lunch to be served was chicken nuggets, cheese balls, bananas and milk. The baby in care is still bottle fed. Please ensure daycare space is kept clear of household boxes when decorating the home for the holidays. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued. Feel free to contact me if you need any assistance.
