Consultation was given on signing paperwork using a PDF file and electronic signature, subscribing to the Readiness Connection and the VA DOE Licensing website for model forms and information.
- Comments:

An unannounced monitoring visit was conducted. Observed five children transitioning from rest time, physical space, record review for two children and both caregivers, training, household pet vaccine information and emergency preparation. Both caregivers exceed the annual 16 hours of annual training requirement as they have 22 hours for 2023 licensure year. No medication was reported to be on-site. Lunch served today was pasta casserole, carrots and broccoli as well as milk. One child still had bottles. Dedicated space in the basement for day care as well as a backyard setup for outdoor play. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued. Feel free to contact me if you need any assistance.
