A renewal inspection was conducted on November 28, 2023 approximately 12:30 pm to 1:45 pm. There were a total of 10 children (including provider's 2 children) with 2 staff member present.
A modification inspection was conducted on this day. Provider received approval from Fairfax County Zoning Division for a maximum capacity of 12 children. Inspector evaluated space designated for use of operation, an increase in licensed capacity from 7 children to 12 will be reviewed.
Children were observed individual play and eating lunch. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition.
A total of 3 children records, 2 staff records and 2 household records were reviewed.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

1. On November 28, 2023, there were 10 children including providers 2 children in the home. Provider was providing care for 8 children. Provider is licensed for capacity of 7 children.
