An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today. There were 6 children (13 points)present after school today.
Children were observed playing with toys and during a diaper change.
Emergency evacuation drills, first aid supplies, emergency supplies and fridge/freezer temperatures were all in compliance today.
Violations were discussed with the provider at the exit interview.

Standard #: 8VAC20-800-180-A Description: Based on a review of records, caregiver records did not contain documentation of a repeated Tuberculosis screening within the allowable 2 year time frame.
