An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today from 9:30am-10:15 am. There were 10 children directly supervised by 3 staff. The home, 2 staff records, 3 children?s records, evacuation drills, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. There were no medications on site today. Children were observed playing freely , gluing and coloring, reading books, eating snack and playing outside. Diapering procedures were also observed. There was an ample supply of books, toys, and materials for the children. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the Violation Notice.
