Comments:

A monitoring inspection was conducted on 12/07/2023 between the hours of approximately 8:50 am and 10:10 am. There were 4 children present, ranging in ages from 2 years to 4 years, with the provider supervising. Children were playing with toys and watching cartoons. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 4 child records and 2 staff/household records were reviewed. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
