1. Discussed the parents annual review of emergency contact information.
- Comments:

An unannounced monitoring l inspection was conducted at 1:10pm. Observed 2 children totaling 4 points with 1 caregiver. Ratios and supervision were in compliance. A parent was also present during the inspection. Children were playing with toys, coloring pictures, counting in English and Spanish and learning colors during the inspection. The caregiver was actively engaged with the children and activities while also assisting the parent with paperwork. The daycare areas of the home were found well supplied with toys and equipment for the children. No areas of non-compliance with standards and laws reviewed were found.
