An unannounced inspection was conducted on December 13, 2023 from 11:30 a.m. through 12:30 p.m. There were eight children, ages 3 months through 17 months, in the care of the provider and one assistant for a total of 32 points.
The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, personnel, household members, physical environment and equipment, care of children, emergencies, caregiver training, preventing the spread of disease and nutrition. A total of 5 child records and 2 caregiver records were reviewed.
