An unannounced monitoring/renewal inspection was conducted on 12/07/23 from 8:45 a.m. to 9:45 a.m. with the provider. There were four children in care, ranging in age from 23 months to four-years-old, for a total of nine points. Children were observed in free play. Four child records, three staff records were reviewed. The provider has current certification in CPR and First Aid. No medications were on site and the provider understands that they must obtain certification in Medication Administration Training (MAT) in order to give medication. The first aid kit, flashlight, weather band radio, and fire extinguisher were observed. The emergency drill log, attendance, and menu were also reviewed.
