A monitoring inspection was conducted on 12/18/2023 from 3:00 pm to 4:45 pm. Three children, ages seven years to nine years (total of 2 points) were in care with one caregiver. The Licensing Inspector reviewed two children?s records, one provider record, one household member record, and other program records. The children were observed playing and having a snack.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance(s) with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
