The licensing inspector conducted an unannounced complaint inspection in response to a complaint that was received by the licensing department on November 14, 2023, regarding allegations of operational responsibilities and capacity. An inspection was conducted on December 21, 2023, from approximately 2:10 PM to 3:15 PM. There were eight children (11 points) and one provider. Interviews with the provider were completed, observations were made in the center, and documentation was reviewed. The preponderance of the evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation; therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. There are no violations resulting from this inspection.
