Comments:

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on December 18, 2023 between the hours of approximately 10:10 a.m. and 11:15 a.m. There were 6 children present with the Provider and 1 assistant for a total of 23 points within the supervision guidelines. The children were observed engaging in free play. Positive interactions were observed during this inspection. A complete inspection of the physical plant, children, caregiver and household member records, fire drill log, menu, attendance and emergency procedures were observed during this inspection. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
