An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted January 10, 2024 between 11:25am and 12:20pm. There were 3 children present with one (1) caregiver supervising within the supervision guidelines. The children were observed coloring, eating snack, handwashing, and playing with other age-appropriate toys and materials. Positive interactions were observed during the inspection. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas administration, required posted documents, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programing, evacuation drill logs, first aid supplies, attendance, child and caregiver records, and emergency procedures. There was no medication on sight. Information gathered determined compliance with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
