An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted on 1/10/2024 from 12:30 pm -2:00 pm. There were 6 children supervised by 3 direct caregivers. The home, 3 caregiver's records, 4 children?s records, 1 household member's record, evacuation drills, and policies were inspected. Children were observed engaging freely. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the Violation Notice. Please submit your plan of correction within 5 business days for it to be included on the website.
