Comments:
A monitoring inspection was conducted on 01/18/2024 between the hours of approximately 9:45 am and 11:20 am. There were 10 children present, ranging in ages from 12 months to 2 years. 4 caregivers were on site, with 3 of them directly supervising the children. Children were observed while playing with toys, completing puzzles, eating snack, and being bottle fed.
The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 3 child records and 4 staff records were reviewed.

Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
