An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted with the provider on January 22, 2024 beginning at 11:08 A.M. and ending at 12:00 P.M. There were 5 children, ages 8 months, 17 months, 2, 3 and 3 years old, in the care of the provider for a total of 13 points. The older children were observed working on puzzles. Infant and toddler were observed eating. Handwashing procedures were also observed. Three children's records were reviewed and in compliance. The provider and four household member's records were reviewed and in compliance. The first aid kit, flashlight, and weather band radio were observed. The emergency response drill log was reviewed.
