Comments:

An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted today from 10:30am-11:15am. There were 7 children (including two resident children) directly supervised by 2 caregivers. The home, 2 caregiver records, 4 children?s records, 1 household member?s records, evacuation drills, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. There were no medications on site today. Children were observed playing freely and being bottle fed. There was an assortment of age appropriate materials for children. The home was clean and organized. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the Violation Notice. Plan of Correction:	I have reviewed responsibilities with assistant and she has signed document that is now in her file.
