An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted on 1/22/24 from 11:40 to 12:40. The provider had two children in care, a total of 8 points, Observed the provider caring for the infants.
Lots of supplies for children to explore and infant toys, bouncy seats and cribs.
Discussed the portal and the need for the provider to upload her renewal application. Reviewed 2 children's records and the providers record.
A violation notice was given to the provider along with this inspection summary.

Evidence: The two children's records reviewed are missing the following information:
Child 1: Two emergency contacts, proof of ID
Child 2: .Emergency contact address, Proof of IDPlan of Correction: I will ask the parents for the information.
Standard #: 8VAC20-800-90-A Description: Based on the review of two children's records, the provider failed to get immunization records before the first day of attendance.
Evidence: Both records are missing the immunization records. Child 1 started on 1/16/24 and child 2 started on 1/8/24.Plan of Correction: I will ask the parents for the information.
