A subsidy health and safety (SHSI) inspection was conducted on today between 9:00am and 10:00am. There was 1 child present with 1 provider/vendor supervising. The physical plant, policies and procedures, emergency supplies and procedures, 1 child's record, 1 provider/vendor record and 1 household member record were reviewed. The exit interview was conducted with the provider/vendor. Areas of non-compliance are identified in this report.
