2) 530H: Pillows, when used for children over two years of age, shall be covered with pillow cases

An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted from 12:00 - 1:00pm with the provider and her assistant. There were nine children in care, ranging from 19 months to four years of age, for a total of 20 points. Children were observed reading books and preparing for nap. Five child records and seven caregiver/household member records were reviewed along with the emergency drill log, daily attendance, required posted information, menu and annual training. The provider is certified in Medication Administration Training (MAT) as of 1/18/2023 and can administer medication to children in care.
