Discussion of updates for children immunizations.
Discussion the EP&RP was last reviewed on 01/26/2023.
All training for both staff was uptodate (16 hours each for both staff).
- Comments:

This monitoring inspection was initiated by licensing staff and concluded on 01/25/2024, between the hours of 10:30 am to 12 pm. There were 4 children present (11 points), ranging from toddler to preschool-age, with 1 caregiver supervising. The children were engaged in the following: freeplay, art, games, toy play, diapering, hand washing, and other organized activities. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration; physical plant; staffing and supervision; programming; special care and emergencies; and nutrition. A total of 5 children records, and 2 staff records, and 3 household records were reviewed.
Information gathered during the inspection determined that there was (1) non-compliance with an applicable standard. This violation was documented on the Violation Notice issued to the home.
