As discussed all immunizations must be stamped or signed by the physician's office.

An unannounced Monitoring inspection was conducted today. A total of 10 children (28 points) with the Provider and 2 assistants were onsite today. The children were gathered in a circle with the Provider reading a book to them. The provider asked engaging questions to the children during the story reading which kept the children actively engaged. The children transitioned to activities on the floor which consisted of magnetic geometric shapes and dress up play. The children took turns with the costumes and positive interaction between the children and staff was observed. One infant present and was provided tummy time on a padded surface with a colorful book to focus on. Walk thru of the programming space, bathroom and crib room was made. No medications needs at this time. No known food allergies currently. A review of onsite topical ointments was made. A total of 3 child files was reviewed. No new staff or household members since the last inspection. All background checks and certifications remain current at this time. This inspection occurred between 10:15am and 11:40am.
