Comments:
An unannounced inspection was conducted today. Three children were present for twelve pints with one caregiver. Observed two children playing and one infant transitioning from a morning nap. Reviewed physical space, records and immunization updates, nutrition, training for the provider and health records for the provider and household member. Emergency drills and plan are current. All food is bought from home and dated. The provider far exceeds the annual training requirement of 16 hours and already has 10 hours for January 2024. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program. Please be aware that the plan of correction must be provided within 5 business days of receipt of the inspection notes if you want it displayed on the website. Feel free to contact me if you need any assistance.
