An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today between 11:45am and 12:40pm. There were 7 children (14 points) present with 2 caregivers. The children were observed completing math exercises in their notebooks, watching educational videos about numbers, and colors, and eating lunch that was brought from home. 3 caregiver's records, 2 household member's records, 2 children's records, emergency drill log, and attendance records were reviewed to assess compliance. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program. Standard #: 8VAC20-800-180-A Description: Based on records review, the provider did not obtain for each adult household member a current Report of Tuberculosis (TB) Screening form, every two years from the date of the first screening.
Evidence: Household Member # 1's most recent TB screening was completed on 9/23/21. An updated TB screening was not obtained in two years from that date.Plan of Correction: The TB screening will completed.
