Comments:
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted from 1:45 pm - 2:45 pm. There was one child in care being supervised by the provider for a total of four points. The child was observed interacting with the provider and participating in free-play activities. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of one child record, one staff record and two household member records were reviewed.
