Technical Assistance:
Bedding/ linens used for cots and cribs, landline phone and radio, conditional license, children's records including health forms, caregiver's trainings.

Comments:
An announced initial inspection was conducted on 2/12/24 from 10:30 am to 11:25 am. There were 4 children (8 points) of the provider. The children were observed eating breakfast and playing games. 1 caregiver's record, 1 household member's record and 2 children's records were reviewed. The family day home's emergency preparedness plan, attendance records, emergency drill logs, the menu and emergency and first aid supplies were reviewed. A tour of the house was conducted to assess the indoor and outdoor space that will be used by the children. No violations were cited during this inspection.
