Comments:

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on February 6, 2024 between the hours of approximately 10:20 a.m. and 11:15 a.m. There were 5 children present with the Provider for a total of 16 points within the supervision guidelines. The children were observed engaging in free play. Positive interactions were observed during this inspection. A complete inspection of the physical plant, children and caregiver records, fire drill log, attendance and emergency procedures were observed during this inspection. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program. Description:	Based on observation, a bottle was not labeled with the child?s full name and date when more than one infant was in care. Evidence: 1. A bottle belonging to Child #4 was not labeled with the child?s name and the date. 2. There were 2 infants in care at the time.
