A monitoring inspection was initiated on 2/16/2024 at approximately 10:20am and concluded at approximately 11:25am. There were a total of 10 children ( 31 points) observed with 3 caregivers present. The children were engaged in the following: independent play, group sing a longs about feelings, colors and letters, bathroom breaks, diapering, hand washing and snack. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, personnel and household members, physical environment, care of children, handwashing, diapering, medication, emergencies and nutrition. A total of 3 child records, 3 caregiver and 4 household member records were reviewed. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law.
