Evidence:
1. Child #2 (doe: 8/7/2023) did not have a physical examination on file at the time of the inspection.
2. Child #4 (doe: 9/5/2023) did not have a physical examination on file at the time of the inspection.Plan of Correction: I will ask both parents today to bring the physical examination for the children.
