An announced Initial Relocation inspection was conducted today from 12:00pm ? 12:45pm. The provider was on site today and there were no children in care. A walk through of the area of care and outdoor space was conducted to check for any obvious hazards. Other policies were discussed and are staying the same from the previous location. The home was set up with cribs, changing table, cots, and there was an assortment of age-appropriate materials for children. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the Violation Notice.
