An unannounced subsidy health and safety inspection was conducted on 11/13/19 to review the subsidy health and safety requirements. The home and provider records and training were reviewed. No children were in care or enrolled. Violations were found and are documented on the violation notice. Standard #: 22VAC40-665-180-4 Description: Based on interview, the vendor failed to maintain an updated certificate for first aid and CPR in the vendors record.
1. The most current first aid and CPR certification provided to the licensing inspector expired in 10/19.
2. The vendor failed to provide updated first aid and CPR certifications.
Plan of Correction: The vendor will complete first aid and CPR training as soon as a class can be scheduled.
Standard #: 22VAC40-665-230-H Description: Based on interview, the vendor failed to annually attend at least 16 hours of training by 11/15/19.
The vendor was unable to provide any documentation of annual training being completed.
