An unannounced on-site monitoring inspection was conducted on 02/27/2024. There were 10 children, ages 7 months-4 years, and 2 staff members at a total of 27 points. The inspector observed the following: lunch, and nap. A total of 2 children?s records and 3 staff records, were reviewed. The inspector discussed the following with staff: The inspector arrived at 12:10 PM and departed at 1:45 PM.
