Comments:

An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted today. There were 6 children (18 points) with two caregivers. Children were observed sleeping or having a snack during the inspection. 2 child records were reviewed. One household member and two caregiver records were reviewed. Model forms will be provided for Orientation, Staff record information, caregiver references. See the Violation Notice for non-compliances cited today.
