An unannounced renewal inspection was initiated and concluded on February 12, 2024. There were three children in care with the provider ages four through eight months old, for a total of 12 points. Children were observed napping, being fed. and parent pick-up. The main child care room and a room used for napping was reviewed. The provider's record and four children's records were observed. Additionally, the first aid kit, emergency equipment, emergency evacuations, emergency preparedness plan. The provider reports that there is not any medication being administered and children in care are not transported by the provider. Violations regarding menu posting, update of emergency plan and background check were observed, discussed with the provider during the exit meeting and appear on the violation notice.
