Technical Assistance:
Discussed changing the medication policy to apply non-medicated topical ointments only as the provider is not certified to administer medication.

Comments:
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted today at 11:00am. There was 1 child directly supervised by the provider. The home, the provider's record, 1 child?s record, evacuation drills, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. There were no medications on site today. The child was playing freely. There was an assortment of age appropriate materials for children. The home was clean and organized. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the Violation Notice.
